Japanese figure manufacturer GOOD SMILE COMPANY presents its latest product, the "Ikuyo Kita" 1/7 scale PVC painted finished figure, based on the TV anime "Bocchi the Rock!". The suggested retail price is 15,800 JPY, with an estimated release in May 2025.
"Bocchi the Rock!" (ぼっち・ざ・ろっく！), with its story centered on "introverts playing rock," tells the tale of Hitori Gotoh, a high school girl with severe social anxiety and a school outcast, who has practiced guitar diligently since childhood, hoping to gain attention from her classmates and become a rock star! Her popular classmate, Ikuyo Kita, is a bright and energetic social butterfly with a passionate and cheerful personality and many social activities. Although she wasn't very good at guitar initially, she joined "Kessoku Band" as the vocalist and guitarist after being invited by Bocchi.
The "Ikuyo Kita" 1/7 scale PVC painted finished figure stands approximately 23 cm tall. Dressed in her signature school uniform, her youthful winking expression combined with a cute pose popular among high school girls showcases the vibrant, dazzling glow of a social butterfly. The slender leg lines revealed beneath her swaying pleated skirt are also very charming! The guitar case on her back features realistic texture achieved through painting, and the inner packaging background paper is printed with a landscape designed to evoke scenes from the series, creating an atmospheric display right out of the box!
