GASHAPON "Detective Conan Chijimasetai 9" Gashapon, Featuring Multiple Popular Characters from "Crimson Love Letter" Shrunk into Children!

Bandai's Gashapon division in Japan has announced a new product based on the classic anime "Detective Conan" – the "Detective Conan Chijimasetai 9" (tentative translation: 名探偵コナンちぢませ隊9) Gashapon series. The suggested retail price is 500 JPY per capsule, and it is scheduled for release in August 2024!

One of the most famous settings in "Detective Conan" is that high school detective Shinichi Kudo was given a mysterious drug codenamed "APTX-4869" by the Black Organization, causing him to shrink into a child. To hide his identity, he adopted the alias Conan Edogawa. The "Detective Conan Chijimasetai" series is based on the concept of "What if other characters besides Shinichi also took APTX4869 and became children?" It features various characters from the series sculpted to resemble Shinichi when he shrunk, wrapped in their original adult clothes. This ninth installment of the series is centered around the theatrical film "Detective Conan: Crimson Love Letter." In addition to a new sculpt of Shinichi, it includes several key characters from the movie: Heiji Hattori, Kazuha Toyama, Momiji Ooka, and Muga Iori. Furthermore, this release also features a new sculpt of the popular character Kaito Kid. Every single one of them is super cute!
