FuRyu Corporation (フリュー株式会社), a Japanese company with diverse entertainment businesses, is launching a new product in its affordable TENITOL figure series based on the popular anime "Bocchi the Rock!" – the "Hitori Gotoh Cafe Style ver." The suggested retail price is 6,930 JPY, with an anticipated release in April 2025!
"Bocchi the Rock!" is a four-panel manga series created by Japanese manga artist Aki Hamaji, which was adapted into an anime by CloverWorks and aired in 2022. The story follows the protagonist, "Bocchi" Hitori Gotoh, who dreams of forming a band and constantly practices guitar, but her social anxiety prevents her from achieving this. One day after school, she coincidentally meets Nijika Ijichi, who is looking for a guitarist for her band, and thus joins "Kessoku Band." Together with bassist Ryo Yamada and Ikuyo Kita, they begin their musical activities, and Bocchi gradually confronts her social anxiety.
This "Hitori Gotoh Cafe Style ver." stands approximately 20 cm tall, featuring an original cafe staff outfit created for Bocchi. Her slightly averted gaze and gently bent left arm and leg posture, combined with a somewhat troubled expression, perfectly capture Bocchi's anxious feeling when working in customer service! The outfit consists of a matching apron, beret, bow, and scarf. Her hair is crafted from transparent material, creating a translucent visual effect, making the overall appearance very light and adorable!
The series will also release cafe-style figures for the other three characters, which is highly anticipated!
