Japanese brand GOOD SMILE COMPANY's affordable pre-painted figure series POP UP PARADE is releasing a new product based on the popular anime and manga "Delicious in Dungeon" — the "Izutsumi" (イヅツミ) pre-painted figure. The suggested retail price is 5,500 JPY, with an estimated release in January 2025!
In the series, "Izutsumi" was originally one of Shuro's subordinates, a former teammate of Laios. At the age of 6, she was cursed by dark magic, mixing with a beast's soul to become an artificial beastkin. She was later bought by Shuro's father and served as Shuro's vassal under the name "Azami." In the story, when Shuro and his companions returned to the surface, she stayed behind alone, hoping Marcille could help her lift the curse, only to find Marcille was also helpless. After learning that rescuing Farlyn might offer hope of breaking the curse, she joined Laios and the others to continue exploring the dungeon.
This POP UP PARADE Izutsumi figure stands approximately 16 cm tall. It is sculpted based on her appearance in the series after she revealed her true form and joined Laios and his companions. The figure meticulously captures her slender yet toned musculature, extending from her abdomen to her toes, with particular emphasis on the abdominal muscle definition. Details such as the patterns on her chest armor and the folds of her scarf and underskirt are carefully reproduced.
