American toy brand McFarlane Toys announced early this morning (23rd) its latest product, the "Spawn" 1/8 scale full body statue, based on the variant cover of the "Spawn/Batman" comic drawn by American comic artist Greg Capullo! It is expected to ship in March 2025, with a suggested retail price of US$499.99.
Published by Image Comics in 1994, the comic "Spawn/Batman", written by Frank Miller and drawn by Todd McFarlane, tells the story of Batman coming to New York and engaging in a fierce battle with Spawn, until both reluctantly cooperate after discovering they are pursuing the same target; and after nearly thirty years, these two classic characters finally embarked on a new collaborative story at the end of 2022! The subject of this release, the variant cover drawn by Greg Capullo, is the Barnes and Noble exclusive edition of the first issue.
