The renowned American toy brand Hasbro, under its Star Wars-themed 3.75-inch action figure "The Vintage Collection" series, which recreates the classic Kenner packaging, has launched a new product from the Star Wars spin-off series "The Mandalorian" – the "Moff Gideon's Imperial Light Cruiser Hallway" 3.75-inch scale playset. The suggested retail price is US$59.99, with an estimated release in December 2024!
The scene featured in this release is from "The Rescue," Episode 8 of The Mandalorian Season 2. It depicts the confrontation between Din Djarin, Bo-Katan, and their allies against enemies in the Imperial Light Cruiser hallway, as they attempt to rescue Grogu, who was captured by Moff Gideon.
The product faithfully recreates the dark and oppressive Imperial style of Gideon's Imperial Light Cruiser hallway, presented in dark gray and red. Both the end and side doors of the hallway feature sliding switch designs, allowing for adjustment based on play needs. The front, back, and sides of the playset also have interlocking tabs, so purchasing multiple sets allows them to be connected to form a longer hallway scene – the more you buy, the longer it gets, and it can even turn corners! Additionally, this set will include a 3.75-inch action figure of Bo-Katan's ally, a Mandalorian Privateer, which can be displayed within the scene alongside other previously released Vintage Collection figures. The official announcement also revealed upcoming Season 3 versions of Din Djarin and Bo-Katan, which can be placed together in the playset for even more play possibilities!
