From Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS' character figure brand "Figuarts ZERO," the "EXTRA BATTLE" series, which combines dynamic character poses with elaborate effect parts, has not only revealed "Uchiha Obito - Showdown with a Former Friend -" but also simultaneously unveiled another new "Naruto Shippuden" themed product: the "Hatake Kakashi - Showdown with a Former Friend -" pre-painted figure. It will retail for 11,000 JPY and is scheduled for release in January 2025!
In episode 595 of "Naruto Shippuden," Kakashi, empowered by the Nine-Tails' chakra, was about to use Kamui to destroy the Ten-Tails when he was stopped by Obito. They entered the Kamui dimension together, where they discussed Rin's death and the ninja world before engaging in a fated duel for their beliefs. Although Kakashi defeated Obito after an intense battle, Obito ultimately became the Ten-Tails' jinchuriki.
This "Hatake Kakashi - Showdown with a Former Friend -" pre-painted figure stands approximately 20 cm tall, capturing Kakashi's dynamic pose as he wields two kunai against Obito in the alternate dimension. The intricate sculpting and painting faithfully recreate Kakashi's spiky hair and its gradient, while the wrinkles on his Jonin vest and clothing are also meticulously reproduced. The base features the tilted block ground of the Kamui dimension, with dust clouds at his feet extending into the slashing effect in front of Kakashi. This figure can be displayed alongside the "Uchiha Obito - Showdown with a Former Friend -" figure, released a month earlier, to recreate this battle of beliefs between former friends!
