GASHAPON "Shugo Chara! Charm Collection" Gashapon, Featuring Amu's Character Transformation Items and Guardian Star Uniforms!

Bandai's GASHAPON division in Japan is celebrating the start of the new serialization for the classic anime "Shugo Chara!" by releasing a new themed product: the "Shugo Chara! Charm Collection" Gashapon. With a suggested retail price of 400 JPY per capsule, it is scheduled for release in late December 2024!

"Shugo Chara!" is a shojo manga series penned by the manga artist duo PEACH-PIT, which was adapted into a TV anime by SATELIGHT in 2007. The story follows the protagonist Amu, who, along with the "Guardian Stars" organization at Seiyo Academy (comprised of students with "Guardian Characters"), searches for the magical eggs known as "Embryos" that can grant any dream or wish. Simultaneously, they resolve various incidents caused by "X-Eggs" (corrupted hearts) dispatched by the evil organization "EASTER," which is also seeking the Embryos. The series' new installment, "Shugo Chara! Jewel Joker" (tentative title: しゅごキャラ! ジュエルジョーカー), also began serialization in this month's issue No. 02 of "Nakayoshi"!

This "Shugo Chara! Charm Collection" transforms several iconic objects from the series into small charms. It includes the pink pom-poms Amu holds during her Character Transformation with Ran into "Amulet Heart," the paintbrush she holds during her Character Transformation with Miki into "Amulet Spade," the whisk she holds during her Character Transformation with Su into "Amulet Clover," Amu's uniform, and one male and one female Guardian Star uniform, totaling six types. Toy enthusiasts can connect and display these charms as they like, showcasing their love for Shugo Chara!
