Japanese model manufacturer GOOD SMILE COMPANY's mechanical theme brand MECHA SMILE, based on the theatrical film《GRIDMAN UNIVERSE》, is releasing a 1/1 scale transformation device "Primal Accepter (GRIDMAN UNIVERSE Ver.)", turning the in-story prop into a sound and light toy! The suggested retail price is 14,900 JPY, with an estimated release in December 2024.
The "Primal Accepter (GRIDMAN UNIVERSE Ver.)" 1/1 scale toy features the same overall design as the "Primal Accepter" released in 2021, thoroughly supervised by Tsuburaya Productions and TRIGGER. The colors have been refreshed and adjusted, making the gold parts shinier and the overall appearance closer to the in-show color scheme.
The sound effects have also been revamped for this release! A Hyper Fixer Beam mode has been added, featuring over 15 lines including Gridman's voice from the theatrical film: "Grid Hyper Fixer Beam!", "This universe doesn't belong to anyone!", "Thank you, my friends". Additionally, there's a Yuta mode with Yuta's lines "Access Flash" and "I believe in Gridman!". Pressing and holding the play button will play background music from the film, such as the theatrical theme song《uni-verse》!
