Japanese model manufacturer MEGAHOUSE's popular character-catification series, "MEGA CAT PROJECT," has announced its latest products based on "Mobile Suit Gundam": the "Big Mobile Suit Nyandam Gundam / Char's Zaku II" figures. The suggested retail price is 4,950 JPY each, with an expected release in April 2025.
The "MEGA CAT PROJECT" is an original figure series that combines popular anime and manga characters with adorable cat imagery. Designed in collaboration with illustrator TAMPOPO, known for their expertise in drawing chibi characters and cartoon-style cats, the series integrates character features into the cats' fur patterns, cultivating a unique and delightful feline world!
The even more imposing "Big Mobile Suit Nyandam Gundam / Char's Zaku II" enlarges the cats that appeared in "Earth Federation Forces Meow!" and "Principality of Zeon Meow!," reaching a height of 13 ~ 14 cm! Furthermore, the detailed sculpting has been refined, and the paintwork is more intricate. Not only do they feature super cute paw pads, but they can also be taken out of their cardboard boxes – adding more fun to display and play!
