Japan's Bandai Spirits' Special Memorize series, which brings anime props to life, is releasing its latest product, the "Special Memorize Cardcaptor Sakura Sealing Wand," based on the classic anime "Cardcaptor Sakura," to unseal Clow Cards~★ The suggested retail price is 7,480 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in March 2025!
Created by the manga group CLAMP, "Cardcaptor Sakura" tells the story of a girl named Sakura Kinomoto who accidentally releases the sealed Clow Cards. To prevent these powerful magical cards from causing mischief in the human world, the guardian beast Keroberos entrusts her with the Sealing Wand. Sakura transforms into a Cardcaptor, resealing and collecting the Clow Cards, and then using her own power to transform them into her personal "Sakura Cards." When preparing to capture a card, Sakura recites a sealing spell, accompanied by the powerful motion of striking the card with the Sealing Wand, a classic move many toy enthusiasts imitated in their childhood!
"Key of the seal, reveal your true power before me. By our contract, Sakura commands you, release!"
The "Special Memorize Cardcaptor Sakura Sealing Wand" has finally been commercialized as a prop with light and sound effects! The main body measures approximately 60 cm in length, faithfully recreating the large, nearly in-show scale. The exterior features electroplating to restore the wand's golden parts, while the white wings are adorned with shimmering pearl white, giving the overall appearance a luxurious texture.
Furthermore, it is equipped with a pendulum sensor; when you swing the Sealing Wand and make the card-striking motion, just like in the anime, the background music mode will activate! Impressive melodies from the show will play~ It also includes the anime's opening theme song, "Catch You Catch Me," bringing back nostalgic memories from that era! Now there's no need to modify your own hammer; let's return to those childhood days of imitating Sakura~★
