HONŌ STUDIO, a new brand under the world-renowned collectible toy manufacturer Hot Toys that gathers numerous excellent designers globally, has launched a new product based on the newly released Disney+ animated web series "Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man" – the "Spider-Man Classic Homemade Suit" 1/6th scale collectible figure. The suggested retail price is US$200, and it is expected to be released between Q4 2025 and Q1 2026!
"Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man" shares the same universe as the Marvel Cinematic Universe films. It tells the early life story of Peter Parker becoming the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man for the citizens, after he encounters Doctor Strange battling mutant spider monsters from another dimension on his way to school and is accidentally bitten by a radioactive spider that traveled with them, gaining spider-like enhanced senses.
This "Spider-Man Classic Homemade Suit" recreates Peter's self-made suit from the series as a highly articulated figure, standing approximately 29 cm tall. It features 30 points of articulation throughout the body, with fabric materials used to faithfully reproduce his red tights and dark blue tracksuit. The socks and sneakers are also meticulously recreated! Accessories include the distinctive web-fluid belt with a tube-connected web-shooter, a black school backpack, multiple sets of interchangeable hands, and two sets of interchangeable eye pieces. These can be combined with two bendable web effect accessories to recreate his cool pose soaring through the New York skyline!
The base also comes with a display stand for collecting comics. If you, fellow toy collectors, have Spider-Man themed comics, you can display them together, creating the feeling that Spider-Man has stepped right out of the comic book!
