Under BANDAI SPIRITS' BANPRESTO prize division in Japan, the substantial "MAXIMATIC" series will release a figure based on the popular anime and manga "Yu Yu Hakusho," titled "MAXIMATIC YUSUKE URAMESHI." This figure will be sold as a prize item, with an estimated release in June 2025.
The classic Japanese manga "Yu Yu Hakusho" was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from 1990 to 1994. The protagonist, Yusuke Urameshi, dies in a car accident at the very beginning and unexpectedly becomes a "Spirit Detective." During his missions, he meets the demon fox Kurama and Hiei, who came to the human world from the Demon World, and together with his human best friend from Sarayashiki Junior High, Kazuma Kuwabara, they solve problems involving demons and yokai from both the Demon World and the Human World, becoming comrades-in-arms.
The "MAXIMATIC YUSUKE URAMESHI" prize figure stands at an impressive 21 cm tall. It powerfully recreates Yusuke's battle-damaged, half-naked appearance, meticulously sculpting his robust muscular physique. His sharp gaze and stern expression exude an overwhelming aura! In addition to more strands of hair falling across his forehead, his swept-up bangs create an enraged, "hair-standing-on-end" look. The damaged details of his pants are also faithfully reproduced.
