BANDAI CANDY, the candy toy division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., has announced the first product in its assembly model candy toy series, 『MINIPLA』, "Number One Gattai Series 01 Tegasword & Leon Buster 50 & Tyranno Hammer 50," from Toei's 50th-anniversary Super Sentai series, Number One Sentai Gojuuger (ナンバーワン戦隊ゴジュウジャー), slated for release on April 28, 2025.
The Tegasword is the power borrowed by the five socially outcast warriors in the series – Gojuu Wolf, Gojuu Leon, Gojuu Tyranno, Gojuu Hawk, and Gojuu Unicorn – from the giant god Tegasword to confront the evil army "Braidan." In its changer mode, it can be used with "Sentai Rings" to transform and utilize the powers of past warriors. It can even perform a "Human-God Unification" transformation into a giant robot mode, showcasing the unique combat styles of each Gojuuger.
The "Number One Gattai Series 01 Tegasword & Leon Buster 50 & Tyranno Hammer 50" features a total of 6 assembly model kits. Collecting kits 1-3 completes Gojuu Leon's exclusive weapon, "Leon Buster 50." Collecting kits 4-6 completes Gojuu Tyranno's exclusive weapon, "Tyranno Hammer 50." By collecting all 6 kits (1-6), you can complete the main body of "Tegasword Red," used by Gojuu Wolf.
This product boasts rich part coloring and articulated joint designs. "Tegasword Red" can transform to recreate both its changer mode and robot mode. Furthermore, it can combine separately with Leon Buster 50 and Tyranno Hammer 50 to recreate Gojuu Leon's "Tegasword Blue" and Gojuu Tyranno's "Tegasword Yellow," respectively.
