BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., has announced the first product in its assembly model Shokugan "MINIPLA" series, originating from Toei Tokusatsu's 50th-anniversary Super Sentai series, "Number One Sentai Gojujer." This initial release, "Number One Gattai Series 02 Tega Sword & Eagle Shooter 50 & Unicorn Drill 50," is scheduled for release in June 2025.
The Tega Sword is the power borrowed from the giant god Tega Sword by the five socially ostracized warriors in the series—Goju Wolf, Goju Lion, Goju Tyranno, Goju Eagle, and Goju Unicorn—to confront the evil army "Braidan." In Henshin Device mode, it can be used with "Sentai Rings" to transform, wield the powers of past warriors, and even perform a "Human-God Unification" transformation into a giant robot mode, showcasing the unique combat styles of each Gojujer.
The "Number One Gattai Series 02 Tega Sword & Eagle Shooter 50 & Unicorn Drill 50" features a total of 6 assembly model kits. Collecting kits 1-3 completes the Goju Eagle's dedicated weapon, "Eagle Shooter 50." Collecting kits 4-6 completes the Goju Unicorn's dedicated weapon, "Unicorn Drill 50." By collecting all 1-6 kits, you can complete the main body of the "Tega Sword Red" used by Goju Wolf.
This product boasts rich part colors and articulated joint designs. The "Tega Sword Red" can transform to recreate both its Henshin Device mode and Robot mode. Furthermore, it can combine separately with the Eagle Shooter 50 and Unicorn Drill 50 to recreate the Goju Eagle's "Tega Sword Green" and the Goju Unicorn's "Tega Sword Black."
