Japan's Toei Tokusatsu "Super Sentai" series' 50th-anniversary commemorative work, "First Squadron Gojujer (ナンバーワン戦隊ゴジュウジャー)", recently premiered, and Bandai Spirits has successively launched several DX toys. In addition to the first wave of products, such as the "DX Taiga Sword" released on February 15, 2025, the second wave of products, including "DX Eagle Shooter 50" and "DX Unicorn Drill 50," are scheduled for release on March 29, 2025.
In the world of "First Squadron Gojujer," a cosmic war once occurred where successive Super Sentai robots fought desperately. After achieving victory, the "Giant God Taiga Sword" fell into slumber, and its power scattered into "Squadron Rings." Obtaining all the rings grants any wish. Five social outcasts acquired some of these rings and became the "First Squadron Gojujer." They must not only engage in a "Ring Scramble" with past Sentai teams but also confront the evil army "Braidan" from another dimension.
The highlight of these DX toys revolves around Gojujer's transformation device, the "DX Taiga Sword". Not only can it be used with "Squadron Rings" for transformation and to utilize the powers of past Sentai seniors, but it can also link and combine with Gojujer's rings and dedicated weapons to form a robot.
