Bandai SPIRITS Japan's incredibly popular "Ichiban Kuji" (一番くじ) series, where every draw wins a prize, will launch a new product themed after the classic anime "Ojamajo Doremi" – "Ojamajo Doremi Sweet magical surprise!". The suggested retail price is 770 JPY per draw, and it is expected to be available for drawing in mid-July 2025!
The anime series "Ojamajo Doremi," produced by Toei Animation in 1999, tells the story of protagonist Harukaze Doremi, who by chance becomes a witch apprentice. Alongside her witch companions, she helps out at the Maho-Do and uses magic to solve various problems in daily life. In 2024, celebrating its 25th broadcast anniversary, Toei Animation announced a brand new work for "Ojamajo Doremi," titled "Ojamajo Doremi 1620s" (おジャ魔女どれみ1620s), which caused a sensation among fans when its preview was released!
This "Ojamajo Doremi Sweet magical surprise!" will offer prizes of different tiers, including A to G, the Last One Prize, and the Double Chance Prize. The A Prize, a Doremi character figure, has been revealed first. It captures Doremi in a dynamic pose as she casts a spell, faithfully recreating her witch apprentice costume and the Peperuto Poron in her hand. The circular base is printed with the design of the apprentice transformation device, and the surrounding magical effects feature the 25th-anniversary text, vividly showcasing the work's timeless and lively charm!
Information on other prizes will be revealed at a later date, which is highly anticipated!
