The Pokémon Company and Honda Motor Co. have teamed up to introduce the "HONDA Koraidon Project," which will showcase a nearly 1:1 scale legendary Pokémon vehicle at the Honda Welcome Plaza on March 7th!?
The "HONDA Koraidon Project" was initiated by volunteers within Honda, with engineers upholding the belief that "if adults seriously realize the 'Honda Koraidon Project' with their own hands in the Honda way, the joy of creation can be conveyed to both children and adults." Continuing the concept of fulfilling children's dreams, and leveraging Honda's technical prowess, various departments and the Advanced Technology Research Center collaborated to recreate Koraidon's limbs, neck, and facial features at a near-real scale and weight. A simulation system was integrated to reproduce Koraidon's agile movements, and Honda's motorcycle development riding assist system, utilizing Honda Riding Assist advanced balance control technology, was incorporated to enhance stability, thus fulfilling the dream of riding a legendary Pokémon!
