World-renowned collectible toy brand Hot Toys' new sub-brand, HONŌ STUDIO, which gathers many excellent designers globally, has unveiled its first Star Wars-themed product – the "Stormtrooper" 1/6 scale collectible action figure from the spin-off animated series "Star Wars: Rebels." The suggested retail price is HKD 980, with an estimated release between Q4 2025 and Q1 2026!
"Star Wars: Rebels" is set 14 years after the execution of Order 66 and 5 years before "Star Wars: A New Hope," telling the story of a group of rebels, led by former Jedi Knight Kanan Jarrus, fighting against the Galactic Empire.
This HONŌ STUDIO Stormtrooper stands approximately 28.5 cm tall and features 30 points of articulation throughout its body. It exquisitely recreates the Stormtrooper's distinctive armor design from the animation, sculpting the more endearing large eyes on the mask and the etched lines on the limb armor. Beneath the armor, a form-fitting black inner suit is made of fabric, while the waist and feet are crafted from soft materials, allowing for a wider range of dynamic poses!
Accessories include multiple interchangeable hand parts and a short blaster rifle, which can be combined with the flexible articulation to create various combat poses! The base inherits the signature feature of the HONŌ STUDIO series, coming with a display stand for collectible comics. If toy collectors have Star Wars-themed comics, they can display them together, creating the impression of the Stormtrooper stepping right out of the comic!
