After releasing multiple statues based on Kazuki Takahashi's "Yu-Gi-Oh!", such as "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" and "Red-Eyes Black Dragon", the British statue brand First 4 Figures has now opened pre-orders for its latest "Yami Yugi" resin statue on the F4F official website. Both the Regular and Exclusive editions will be released simultaneously, with an estimated shipping start date in Q2 2026, priced at US$284.99 and US$309.99 respectively.
This time, F4F brings the strongest Duelist King from the "Yu-Gi-Oh!" story to life in a 31 cm tall rendition. The statue meticulously recreates iconic character features such as his classic spiky "starfish" hair with golden bangs, sharp-lined trousers and jacket, a highly prominent belt, and pointed black leather shoes. For the pose, Yami Yugi holds the Millennium Puzzle in his right hand, accompanied by effect parts that convey the moment the Millennium Item seems to unleash its mysterious power. Coupled with the intricately sculpted base, this is indeed consistent with F4F's signature style; however, this editor personally feels that the portrayal of Yami Yugi's own demeanor lacks a certain commanding presence.
In addition to adding LED light-up functions to the Millennium Puzzle and effect parts, the Exclusive Edition also includes an interchangeable right hand holding a nameplate engraved with "Atem."
