MAGI ARTS "Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition Misato Katsuragi" Pre-Painted Figure First Look Revealed, Perfectly Showcasing Her Alluring "Big Sister" Charm!

Emerging Chinese brand MAGI ARTS has unveiled a first look at a new product based on "Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition" on its official social media accounts—the colored prototype of the Misato Katsuragi pre-painted figure, which will be released exclusively in China!

At 14 years old, Misato Katsuragi accompanied her father, Dr. Katsuragi, and his expedition team to Antarctica, only to lose her father due to the Second Impact. In the New Theatrical Edition, her initial military rank was Lieutenant Colonel. She is a NERV commander, responsible for directing and monitoring EVA pilots, devising and issuing attack strategies, and also serves as the guardian for Shinji and Asuka. Her strong "big sister" vibe makes her a popular female character, no less captivating than Asuka or Rei Ayanami!

From the currently released images, we can see that MAGI ARTS has sculpted Misato reclining on a base adorned with the NERV logo. The sculpt faithfully recreates her graceful and slender physique, with the folds of her dress accentuating the full curves of her bust. Her fair thighs appear incredibly smooth and delicate! Her iconic red jacket features a glossy finish, giving it a patent leather texture, and the cross necklace left to her by her father is also faithfully reproduced on her chest. Her flowing long hair, combined with the dynamic pose of her body, makes the composition even more alluring, while subtly deepened paint applications in certain areas elevate the overall quality to the next level!
