World-renowned Hong Kong toy brand Hot Toys has unveiled a new product from the Star Wars spin-off video game "Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II – The Sith Lords" – the "Darth Nihilus" 1/6th scale collectible figure! With a suggested retail price of HKD 1,630, the release date is yet to be announced, and pre-orders are expected to open on April 30, 2025!
Appearing in "Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II – The Sith Lords," Darth Nihilus is an extremely powerful Dark Side Sith Lord, possessing the ability to drain the life force of others through Dark Side Force abilities. He conspired with Darth Sion to orchestrate the First Jedi Purge and was referred to as a "wound in the Force" by Darth Traya.
This Darth Nihilus figure stands approximately 31 cm tall and features around 30 points of articulation throughout the body. The figure meticulously recreates Darth Nihilus's iconic skull mask from the game, with delicate paintwork showcasing cracks and textures from age and erosion. The unique Sith robes and hood are faithfully reproduced with fabric tailoring, complete with realistic weathering effects on the material! Accessories include a lightsaber with an LED light-up function, offering both regular and dynamic effect lightsaber blades. It also features red-purple lightning effects that can be wrapped around the body, allowing for various dynamic and cool poses when combined with multiple interchangeable hands and wires hidden in the edges of the costume!
