Following the releases of "Yui Hirasawa" and "Mio Akiyama," GOOD SMILE COMPANY's affordable pre-painted PVC figure series, POP UP PARADE L Size, is once again launching a new product based on the popular classic anime series K-ON! The latest addition is the "Ritsu Tainaka L size" non-scale pre-painted figure, with a suggested retail price of 8,800 JPY, slated for release in December 2025!
Ritsu has a bright and lively personality, a bit rough around the edges. She and Mio have been friends since childhood, and they promised to form a band together in junior high. After entering high school, Ritsu persistently pulled Mio along to recruit new members for the Light Music Club. After Yui joined, the two became the club's comedic duo, and Ritsu's usual hobby is scaring the extremely timid Mio.
This POP UP PARADE Ritsu Tainaka figure stands approximately 22 cm tall. It faithfully recreates Ritsu's uniform appearance from the series, including her iconic high forehead, and captures the elegant curve of her long legs. The intricate details of the shirt and skirt wrinkles are meticulously reproduced, and she is sculpted holding a flower-shaped dessert, creating a dynamic pose. This figure can be displayed alongside the previously released Yui and Mio, as well as the simultaneously launching Tsumugi and Azusa, to recreate those wonderful after-school tea time moments in the music room!
