T-SPARK, the high-end collector's brand under Japan's TAKARA TOMY, is launching COLLEKAZARO, an all-new 3.75-inch action figure line. The debut wave will feature characters from the hit series "My Hero Academia" and its spin-off, "My Hero Academia: Vigilantes." While pricing is yet to be announced, the figures are slated for a June 2025 release and will make their first public appearance at the 63rd Shizuoka Hobby Show, held from May 14-18, 2025, at Twin Messe Shizuoka!
The name for the new COLLEKAZARO line is a portmanteau of "COLLECTION" and "KAZARO" (Japanese for "to decorate"). The line's core concept is to offer figures that are not only perfect for display at home but are also portable enough to be carried in a pocket or bag. Fans can take them on the go to pose and display in their favorite spots, adding a splash of color to everyday life!
This first wave includes a total of eight characters split between the two series. From the main "My Hero Academia" story comes Izuku Midoriya, Ochaco Uraraka, Shoto Todoroki, All Might, and Tomura Shigaraki. Representing the "Vigilantes" spin-off are Koichi Haimawari, Pop Step, and Knuckleduster. Each figure is meticulously sculpted in the 3.75-inch scale to capture the characters' iconic looks, complete with vibrant paint applications that replicate their on-screen colors. They feature simple five-point articulation at the head, shoulders, and hips. Their friendly, approximately 10cm size makes them perfect for carrying around, offering fun whether displayed on their blister cards or taken out for photoshoots!
