Bandai Shokugan's BANDAI CANDY division will release a new product in its "ItaJaga (イタジャガ)" series of potato chip snacks, themed after the popular anime "One Piece" – "ItaJaga One Piece with Collectible Cards LOG.4". The suggested retail price is 150 JPY per pack, and it is scheduled for release on May 19, 2025!
The name ItaJaga (イタジャガ) is an abbreviation formed from "Ita" (板, meaning "plate" or "sheet") and "Jaga" (ジャガイモ, meaning "potato"), referring to the potato chip snack. The "PlaMaido" (プラマイド) included with each pack are plastic collectible cards! This time, the Shokugan once again features stills from the "One Piece" anime printed on plastic collectible cards. The collection includes 29 iconic scenes and one secret variant, such as Chopper crying upon seeing the winter cherry blossoms, Luffy and Usopp's battle in Water 7, Zoro defeating Kaku with Asura, the three most prominent captains of the Worst Generation lined up in Sabaody Archipelago, Koby unleashing his Honest Impact, and Garp's confrontation with Kuzan. The transparent plastic material offers a higher quality feel compared to regular paper cards, waiting for all toy enthusiasts to collect!
