The production team Hollywood Collectibles Group, renowned for crafting movie prop replicas and large-scale statues, recently unveiled their latest product from "Alien: Romulus": the "Xenomorph" 1:1 scale bust! Shipping is expected to begin in Q3 2025, with a suggested retail price of US$1599.95.
Released in 2024, the latest installment in the "Alien" series, "Alien: Romulus," is set in 2142, twenty years after Ripley and her crew traveled to planet "LV-426" (in 2122), placing it between "Alien" and "Aliens." The story follows Rain Carradine, her synthetic brother Andy, and a team of young scavengers who venture into the abandoned Romulus space station, initially intending to steal highly regulated equipment, only to unexpectedly encounter the universe's most lethal apex predator...
The Xenomorph encountered by Rain and her team in "Alien: Romulus" is generally referred to as the Scorched Xenomorph, with its unique scars being a distinctive visual identifier. This bust, meticulously crafted by HCG based on original movie 3D data, supplemented by behind-the-scenes photos and color references, stands 53 cm tall and measures 83 cm in length. It faithfully recreates the terrifying biological details, from the striking scars, the translucent skull with its internal bone structure, and sharp teeth, to the inner jaw, all reproduced with remarkable accuracy.
