Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd.'s GASHAPON capsule toy division will release a new product based on the long-running tokusatsu series Super Sentai – the "Longing Wait: Super Sentai Robots Edition" capsule toy. The suggested retail price is 400 JPY per turn, with an anticipated release in the third week of June 2025!
Following Kamen Rider, Super Sentai now joins the popular "Waiting" (まちぼうけ) series! This "Longing Wait: Super Sentai Robots Edition" features Super Robots from four series, rendered in an approximately two-head-tall proportion. They are sculpted in a dynamic pose, squatting with their knees hugged. The lineup includes DairenOh from "Gosei Sentai Dairanger," Daizyujin from "Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger," GokaiOh from "Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger," and GaoKing from "Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger." Despite their adorable size, the sculpts faithfully recreate the mechs' designs, and the coloring accurately reproduces their in-show appearances. These usually incredibly cool Super Robots, lined up in their knee-hugging poses, look quite endearing!
