Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company's HOBBY Division is set to release its latest product from the anime "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX", the "Figure-rise Standard Amate Yuzuriha (Machu)", on June 07, 2025. Ahead of its release, official new information including the product box art design and actual sample images have been unveiled.
The protagonist of "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX", Amate Yuzuriha, is a 17-year-old high school girl living a peaceful daily life in the SIDE6 space colony. In this world where both sky and gravity are artificial, her yearning for freedom and the unknown creates a sense of unreality. One day, she coincidentally meets Nean, a war refugee girl involved in smuggling. By chance, she becomes the pilot of the mysterious mobile suit "Gundam QuuuuuuX" and gets embroiled in the illegal MS dueling competition "Battle Group Showdown". From then on, Yuzuriha adopts the alias "Machu" and plunges into intense battles.
The "Figure-rise Standard Amate Yuzuriha (Machu)" utilizes Bandai's most advanced color separation and part division technology. Multiple molded color parts are used to recreate Machu's slender physique and uniform design, with even the blue highlight sections on her hair rendered as separate parts. The body also includes interchangeable parts to display her in her short-sleeved uniform after removing her jacket, significantly restoring her appearance from the series.
Each part of the body features a precise articulated division design, allowing for flexible posing while maintaining the integrity of the sculpt. Paired with various hand gestures, she can be posed in a multitude of cute stances such as running, jumping, and expressing surprise. Furthermore, the skirt part is made of soft material, which reduces interference with the leg parts and expands the range of motion for the hip joints.
Accessories include a pre-printed "smiling face" part, two blank expression parts that require water decals for customization, a mobile phone, a backpack with a color scheme reminiscent of Char, a cute squirrel character "Lieutenant" charm, and a wool-hat Haro voiced by Rie Kugimiya, among other rich contents.
