Japan's SEGA Games company's SEGA Prize brand announced on its official X account in its 2025 new product quick report that the popular Luminasta series will release a new product based on the popular anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" – "Ubel ~Magic That Can Cut Almost Anything~", expected to be released as a prize item in autumn/winter 2025!
Ubel (ユーベル), one of the candidates who went to the magic city of Auserst to participate in the First-Class Mage Exam, has a name derived from the German word for "vile" or "wicked." She possesses the ability to use magic that can cut almost anything, as well as the power to use another person's specialized magic by resonating with them. She was one of the six candidates who ultimately passed the exam.
This Luminasta Ubel ~Magic That Can Cut Almost Anything~ appears to be based on the scene from the anime where Ubel confronts Sense's clone during the second trial's dungeon capture. It captures a dynamic pose of her wielding a trident, stepping on shattered ground, and preparing to slash forward. The skin on her arms and thighs looks incredibly smooth and delicate, and the details of her black corset dress and trident have been sculpted and faithfully reproduced, showcasing Ubel's wild aura as a problem child!
