The popular candy toy series 『FW GUNDAM CONVERGE』, released by BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan division of Bandai Co., Ltd. Japan, has announced that its latest product, "Destiny Gundam SpecⅡ & Zeus Silhouette", from the theatrical anime film 《Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM》, is scheduled to be unveiled on July 22, 2025.
The ZGMF/A-42S2 Destiny Gundam SpecⅡ, piloted by Shin Asuka, is a new mobile suit secretly recovered by the Archangel after the previous great war, and then repaired and improved by Morgenroete with the latest technology. In addition to adopting a cutting-edge all-around cockpit and replacing the joint armor material, the power system has also been significantly improved. The substantial increase in energy also results in a deeper color for the VPS armor. The armament remains largely unchanged, and it can also be equipped with the new enhanced armament "A-GXQ754/V2 Zeus Silhouette", utilizing an extremely large railgun of immense size and power.
Currently, for "FW GUNDAM CONVERGE Destiny Gundam SpecⅡ & Zeus Silhouette", only the prototype of the Destiny Gundam main body has been revealed. The entire unit utilizes rich coloring to reproduce the deeper VPS armor color of the Destiny Gundam SpecⅡ. The completely new "Zeus Silhouette" features massive leg thruster units, an ultra-large railgun, and large spare gun barrels on its back.
