The popular action figure series 'S.H.Figuarts', released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company, has officially announced the latest product from the newest Ultraman series, "Ultraman Omega", the "Meteor Monster Reginess", scheduled for release in January 2026.
Reginess is the first Meteor Monster acquired by Hoshimi Mitsunari, Ultraman Omega's human partner. It possesses a remarkably cute and affectionate personality, enjoying sticking close to Mitsunari. In battle, it can unleash powerful psychokinetic abilities, levitating and launching rocks.
The "S.H.Figuarts Reginess" has been thoroughly supervised by Tsuburaya Productions' LSS modeling department. It is produced using a digital prototype created from 3D scans of the suit used in the show, faithfully recreating the characteristic wave-like patterns on its body surface and the high-density thorns across its entire form. Rich paintwork is applied to reproduce its blue-black body and the red gradient at the tips of its thorns.
The articulated sections feature a precise movable segmentation design. The multi-stage articulation in the neck allows for poses such as rearing its head and roaring. The hip joints can be pulled down to expand the range of motion for the legs, enabling high kneeling poses. Each segment of the tail also features articulated divisions and joints, allowing for more natural movement in multiple directions.
