To celebrate the grand 30th anniversary of Disney Pixar's classic animated film "Toy Story" in 2025, Japanese toy giant TAKARA TOMY has specially produced a brand-new Pixar-supervised short film titled "To the Far Side of Japan, Let's Go!" (日本の彼方へ、さあ行くぞ！), and has also announced a wealth of new "Toy Story" products. This article will bring you product information for the "Luxo Jr. & Toy Story Logo" die-cast collection! Fellow toy enthusiasts, what was your starting point for collecting toys? For this editor, in addition to LEGO and 90s Star Wars 3.75-inch carded figures, a significant portion was dedicated to various "Toy Story" toys. From small gashapon figures, articulated action figures, talking toys made to true in-film scale, to large piggy banks, I loved them all. "Toy Story" toys and merchandise are undoubtedly a very important part of many toy collectors' journeys!
To commemorate the 30th anniversary of "Toy Story," the "Luxo Jr. & Toy Story Logo" has been three-dimensionally realized in the Die-cast Collection (ダイキャストコレクション) series. It features Luxo Jr. jumping on a Pixar ball and the classic "Toy Story" logo, all crafted in a delicate, palm-sized form. This will certainly be the best helper for decorating your "Toy Story" themed display area, and it's also perfect for pairing with gashapon toys. Quickly create an adorable toy zone on your desk! In addition to the colored version, TAKARA TOMY has also simultaneously released a metallic silver version, showcasing a completely different ambiance.
