BANDAI SPIRITS HOBBY Division in Japan is set to release its latest product, 'HG 1/144 Exabe's Custom Gyan (Hakuji Spear Equipment)', from the anime series 'Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX' on July 5, 2025. Ahead of its release, official new information including product box art design and actual sample images have been unveiled.
The MS-15/H Gyan (Hakuji Spear Equipment) is a mobile suit specialized for close-quarters combat, developed by the Principality of Zeon military. Compared to the design in the 'Mobile Suit Gundam' main timeline, the GQ version not only features a reinterpretation of its knight-armor-like silhouette by Ikuto Yamashita, but its main weapon has also been changed to the 'Hakuji Spear,' a large composite weapon that also functions as a thruster. This product features the custom unit piloted by Zeon military Second Lieutenant Exabe Oliver, characterized by its white exterior paint scheme adorned with ornate gold lines.
The 'HG 1/144 Exabe's Custom Gyan (Hakuji Spear Equipment)' utilizes Bandai's latest color separation and part division technology, along with a rich array of molded color parts, to faithfully reproduce its off-white tones, knight-armor-like plating, and the power pipe design on its thighs. It features single-axis elbow articulation, ball-jointed hip joints, and a movable mono-eye sensor, allowing for the recreation of battle scenes from the series.
