GASHAPON "Dinosaurs Who Waited Bitterly" Gashapon (Machibouke Dinosaurs) Some Dinosaurs Waited So Long They're Just Bones!

The highly popular "Bitterly Waiting" (tentative translation, Machibouke) toy series, released by GASHAPON, the gashapon division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., is set to release a new product, "Dinosaurs Who Waited Bitterly" (Machibouke Dinosaurs), in the third week of this July! The suggested retail price is 300 Japanese Yen per capsule, with a total of five types of dinosaurs for you to collect.

This "Bitterly Waiting" gashapon series, themed "Always Waiting for You," features dinosaurs sitting in a row! The lineup includes Triceratops, Pteranodon, green & brown Tyrannosaurus Rex, and a Tyrannosaurus Rex that has waited so long it's turned into bones – a truly laugh-out-loud design. Not only are they depicted in expressive, anthropomorphic sitting poses, but their body details are also meticulously sculpted within their 4 cm height, including the Triceratops' frill, the T-Rex's tiny arms, the Pteranodon's wing folds, and more. The bone-shaped T-Rex even boasts exquisite texture, and the humor of waiting until only bones remain makes it an absolute must-have for us!

Beyond the highly popular dinosaur theme and excellent sculpts, this series also captures the Japanese nuance of "Machibouke" – waiting in vain or zoning out – by giving them vacant, dazed eyes that become cuter the more you look at them.
