Japan's Megahouse toy company, under its "G.E.M." series which brings to life numerous anime and manga characters, is releasing a new product from its "Palm-sized (てのひら)" line: a pre-painted figure of "Nico" (ニコ) from the popular anime "WITCH WATCH". The suggested retail price is 8,800 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in December 2025!
"WITCH WATCH" is a romantic comedy shonen manga series by Kenta Shinohara, serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" since 2021. In April 2025, it was adapted into a TV anime by Bibury Animation Studios. It tells the daily life story of Morihito Otogi, a protagonist from an ogre family with superhuman strength, who protects his childhood friend Nico, a witch who has returned after completing her studies, while living together with her.
This G.E.M. Palm-sized Nico stands approximately 10 cm tall and features her appearance from the first episode of the anime. Nico is sculpted in a kneeling pose with her hands supporting her from behind. The folds of her red dress are intricately sculpted, and her choker, belt, and the magic wand at her waist are all faithfully recreated. She also holds a handmade cookie baked for her by Morihito. The iconic pink-orange gradient of her hair is reproduced with paintwork. Whether held in your hand or displayed on a shelf, Nico's adorable charm shines through!
