Japanese company IP4 Inc. (アイピーフォー株式会社)'s gashapon brand KOROKORO (コロコロ) will release the first new installment in its "CAPSULE MACHINERY" (カプセルマシナリー) series, "SLEIPNIR" (スレープニール), this July! The suggested retail price is 500 JPY per capsule, with a total of six types to collect.
CAPSULE MACHINERY, which focuses on offering a palm-sized (6 cm) experience of free assembly and fully poseable play, features in this first installment, "SLEIPNIR," SLEIPNIR mecha bodies in four colors: white, clear gray, purple-gray, and red, along with weapon sets in two colors: gray and silver. The mecha bodies showcase sharp lines and a substantial, robust physique, exuding a heroic aura reminiscent of a protagonist's machine. With universally compatible joints, it can be combined with various armaments, or mix and match mecha parts of different colors, demonstrating highly variable reassembly play. It is believed that it will certainly expand the possibilities for mecha evolution when combined with future new releases.
There are a total of 20 points of articulation throughout the body. Furthermore, specially articulated hip joint parts are included to allow for wide leg stances, making single-knee kneeling poses possible. The gashapon capsule can also be used as a base, displayed with the dedicated stand. The material used is HIPS, allowing skilled hobbyists to unleash their creativity for painting and customization!
