Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd.'s GASHAPON capsule toy division will release a new popular Sanrio Characters themed product – the "Sanrio Characters Chilly Antarctic Figure" Gashapon. The suggested retail price is 300 JPY per capsule, with an anticipated release in the fourth week of July 2025!
For this "Sanrio Characters Chilly Antarctic Figure" collection, the Sanrio characters are designed in the style of creatures from an ice kingdom. It includes Cinnamoroll and Pochacco as penguins, Hello Kitty as a seal, and Pompompurin as a polar bear (hmm?). The sculpting depicts the characters wearing plushie costumes, lounging on blue ice blocks made of translucent colored material. The ice block bases can even be connected and leaned against each other to form a large iceberg, making for a cool and adorable display when lined up!
