The popular action figure series "S.H.Figuarts", released by BANDAI SPIRITS' collector's toy division TAMASHII NATIONS in Japan, has announced its latest product, "Nyaan", from the anime "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX", slated for release in December 2025.
Nyaan, one of the main characters, became a refugee in her youth when her hometown was engulfed in war. Unable to confirm her family's safety, she could only escape the colony alone aboard a mini Mobile Suit to seek survival. Fortunately, she was rescued by a passing spaceship and settled in the colony "SIDE6". Striving for survival, Nyaan now disguises herself as a food delivery worker, engaging in illegal smuggling. During a delivery error, she met the protagonist Machu and the mysterious boy Shuji, and together they became embroiled in the illegal MS dueling competition "Battle Group Showdown".
The "S.H.Figuarts Nyaan" is crafted with an articulated specification, standing approximately 14 cm tall. It faithfully recreates the uniform design and colors by illustrator TAKE, featuring precise articulation divisions for flexible joints, allowing for poses such as running, as seen in the opening animation.
Accessories include five different interchangeable expression parts, sunglasses with dedicated bangs parts, four pairs of interchangeable hands, a mobile phone, and her mechanical partner "Gonki". These allow for expressing Nyaan's rich emotional changes from the series. The mobile phone can be held in her hand with specific hand parts, and Gonki's four legs feature horizontal rotation axes, allowing Nyaan to hold him or fix him on her head.
