Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's collector's division TAMASHII NATIONS' action figure brand "S.H.Figuarts" will release a new product based on the popular anime and manga "One Piece" – the "Monkey D. Luffy -Dawn of Adventure- Target Limited Edition" action figure – exclusively at the well-known American retail chain Target. The suggested retail price is 4,400 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in October 2025!
The S.H.Figuarts "One Piece" Dawn of Adventure series is themed around the East Blue Arc, the beginning of the series, transforming the initial appearances of the Straw Hat Pirates into action figures. Starting with the "Luffy" released last July, "Nami" and "Zoro" were successively released according to their character appearance order. Recently, sales information for "Usopp" was announced, and a recent TAMASHII NEWS NETWORK livestream also teased that Sanji will be previewed at SDCC 2025!
This "One Piece" "Monkey D. Luffy -Dawn of Adventure- Target Limited Edition" stands approximately 14.5 cm tall. Based on the standard version of Luffy from the first release in the series, it faithfully recreates his classic appearance from his first appearance in the series, featuring a red vest paired with denim shorts, showcasing the muscular details of his slender arms and calves! The limited edition features battle-damaged paintwork all over Luffy's body, presenting him with numerous scars after a battle, allowing for dynamic poses that differ from the original version!
