GOOD SMILE COMPANY's assembly model kit series "MODEROID" will release the protagonist robot "Bismark" (Bismark) from the classic 80s robot anime "Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs" (Star Musketeer Bismark) in May 2026, with a suggested retail price of 9,900 JPY.

The work "Star Musketeer Bismark" first aired on Nippon TV in 1984. In 1986, the rights were sold to the American company WEP and it was renamed "Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs". Taiwan's TTV broadcast it in 1989 under the name "Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs" (having purchased the American version). The story primarily describes how in 2069, the peace of the solar system was disrupted by the Outriders. To stop their actions, the Federal Army engaged in a fierce space war and successfully repelled them. However, after 15 years, the enemies returned. This time, Commander Eagle gathered four exceptional young individuals from different backgrounds, including Fireball, P.J., Colt, and April, who would pilot the Bismark to fight against the Outriders.
This Bismark assembly model kit from MODEROID has an overall height of approximately 17 cm when transformed into robot mode. When Bismark transforms from its aircraft carrier mode, its deployed wings become the robot's cape, and this feature is also recreated in this model. The pose for its ultimate attack, "Bismark Cannon," fired from the chest cannon, is also faithfully reproduced. In terms of weaponry, in addition to the standard handgun, it also includes the powerful submachine gun obtained when piloting Bismark II later in the series. Furthermore, in carrier mode, it can recreate the deployed nose landing gear and the open internal landing deck when docked.
