Japanese toy brand T-ARTS, under TAKARA TOMY, is releasing a new product based on the super popular Pixar film series "Toy Story" – the "Toy Story Andy's Coming!" Gashapon. The reference price is 500 JPY per capsule, and it is scheduled for release in early August 2025!
One of the most iconic scenes in the "Toy Story" film series is when Andy approaches the room, and all the toys fall down, reverting to their motionless state. This "Toy Story Andy's Coming!" Gashapon series sculpts several popular characters in their "reverted to toy state" poses, creating character models approximately 6.8~8.2 cm tall!
The gashapon lineup includes four types: Woody, Jessie, Slinky Dog, and Bullseye. While Woody adopts his appearance from the first film in 1995, the other three characters are based on scenes from Sunnyside Daycare in "Toy Story 3" from 2010. Despite their small size, the character details are meticulously sculpted, and the "ANDY" signature written on their feet is faithfully reproduced. Jessie can even lean on Bullseye, making them incredibly cute when scattered across a desk!
