Japanese model maker Megahouse, under its "GGG (Gundam Girls Generation)" series, which brings high-quality three-dimensional renditions of female characters from "Mobile Suit Gundam," has announced its latest product from "Mobile Suit Z Gundam": the "Four Murasame - The Reviving Soul of Z Gundam" (tentative translation, 蘇るZの魂) PVC painted finished product! The suggested retail price is 24,200 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in February 2026.
Four Murasame, a popular female character from "Mobile Suit Z Gundam," is a Cyber Newtype experimental subject from the Murasame Research Lab under the Earth Federation Forces. Her name, Four (フォウ), is derived from "Experimental Subject No. 4." Due to memory erasure modifications during the Cyber Newtype enhancement experiments, she does not know her true name and has no memory of anything before the modifications. She possesses extremely powerful Newtype abilities and pilots the MRX-009 Psyco Gundam. She and Kamille Bidan fell in love, but her identity as a Cyber Newtype and the inhumane mental control she was subjected to led this romance to a beautiful yet tragic end.
The "GGG Series Mobile Suit Z Gundam Four Murasame - The Reviving Soul of Z Gundam" PVC painted finished product is based on the legendary illustration "Beautiful Four Murasame (「麗しのフォウ・ムラサメ」)" by animation director Hiroyuki Kitazume-sensei. It captures Four in a seductive pose, lying gracefully on a bed with a subtly sexy smile! Due to censorship concerns, the original nude illustration unfortunately had her breasts covered by an "obstructive" white cloth. However, the product still conveys its sincerity through translucent paintwork and form-fitting lines! The dedicated base is designed like a picture frame and can also be displayed as a work of art using a stand, allowing fans to reminisce about this timeless masterpiece.
