Japanese high-end statue manufacturer Prime 1 Studio's "Museum Masterline" collection recently unveiled its latest stunning work from the Transformers series: the non-scale full body statue bonus version of "Transformers Generations Lord Megatron" (tentative translation, トランスフォーマージェネレーションズ ロード・メガトロン), designed by concept artist Josh Nizzi! Shipping is expected to begin from November 2026 to February 2027, with a suggested retail price of 475,090 JPY (tax included), limited to 400 units.
This 89 cm tall, powerfully sculpted "Lord Megatron" showcases the unshakeable presence of the tyrannical emperor with its imposing physique, immense stylistic details, and massive armaments on both arms. Josh Nizzi's expertise in realistic mechanical design is fully realized on Megatron through delicate and exquisite sculpting. In addition to the heavy metallic texture, realistic weathering effects can be seen on various parts of the armor, complemented by a track-shaped cape behind him that evokes Megatron's tank vehicle mode, perfectly conveying the dominance of this Decepticon overlord.
