Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's prize figure brand BANPRESTO today (21st) unveiled the latest information for the "NARUTO 72 series" from "Naruto," announcing the release of a "Naruto (Nine-Tails Chakra Mode)" figure in the "VIBRATION STARS" product line, which focuses on capturing characters in dynamic action poses as they unleash their techniques.
The NARUTO 72 series is a figure project that brings to life the covers of all 72 volumes of the "Naruto" manga, a project that excites fans while also making them worry for their wallets. In addition to the Figuarts ZERO Naruto figure based on the classic cover of Volume 1, we previously introduced the Naruto figure from the cover of Volume 33; this time, it's for Volumes 26 and 27, which mark the conclusion of the first half of the "Naruto" story.
The "VIBRATION STARS Naruto (Nine-Tails Chakra Mode)" figure, based on the cover of manga Volume 26, depicts Naruto with glowing red eyes, a ferocious and wild expression, and extremely sharp fingernails. The overall design perfectly recreates the Nine-Tails Chakra responding to Naruto's rage and desire for power. In addition to brush painting (ブラシ塗装) applied to the main body to highlight color gradients and three-dimensional shadows, it also luxuriously includes translucent orange effect parts, powerfully conveying the tension of the manga cover.
