BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division in Japan has announced that the latest product from the 1/100 scale Gundam plastic model 'MG (Master Grade)' series, known for its excellent part separation, internal frame structure, and extensive articulation, will be the 'Full Armor ZZ Gundam Ver.Ka' from 'Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ', slated for release in February 2026.
While the MSZ-010 ZZ Gundam is a mobile suit equipped with various high-firepower beam and projectile armaments, its structural integrity was somewhat weak due to its transformation and combination from three fighter jets. To counter the growing strength of the Neo Zeon forces and the monstrous giant MA 'NZ-000 Quin Mantha', AEUG first proposed an enhancement plan, resulting in the 'Enhanced ZZ Gundam'. Later, utilizing data from the test unit FAZZ, they further modified it into the 'Full Armor ZZ Gundam', which boasts comprehensively enhanced defense, firepower, and mobility.
Currently, only the machine design sketch for the 'MG 1/100 Full Armor ZZ Gundam Ver.Ka' has been revealed. It showcases the detachable additional armor and the massive beam weapon 'Hyper Mega Cannon', inherited from the 'MG 1/100 FAZZ Ver. Ka'. More information will be released at a later date.
