BANDAI CANDY, the shokugan division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., is extending the fervor for Mega Evolution into its next release for the "Pokémon KIDS" (ポケモンキッズ) finger puppet toy series, based on the Pokémon franchise! Following the August release of "Mega Charizard X & Mega Charizard Y Edition", they will launch the "Mega Mewtwo X & Mega Mewtwo Y Edition" (メガミュウツーX&メガミュウツーY編) shokugan in November 2025! Each figure will have a suggested retail price of 220 JPY, with a total of 11 types to collect.
The "Pokémon KIDS" collection, known for its comprehensive variety, adorable designs, and affordable prices, will feature the highly popular Psychic-type Legendary Pokémon "Mewtwo" in its Mega Evolved forms! This includes "Mega Mewtwo X," which boasts enhanced melee capabilities and combines Psychic and Fighting types, and "Mega Mewtwo Y," whose body shrinks but gains significantly specialized Special Attack.
Also included are "Mega Ampharos," another Mega Evolved state; "Mega Tyranitar," brimming with destructive instinct; "Mega Sableye," with its expanded chest gem; as well as Roy's captured "Yellow Lucario"; the Legendary Pokémon "White Zygarde (50% Form)"; "Growlithe"; "Arcanine"; Tokai's "Gastrodon"; and "Raging Bolt," who recently starred in a Pokémon 4-panel manga and has super cool neck fur that actually obstructs its vision (lol).
