The "Fighting Armor" series, based on the original concept of "What if Tony Stark designed armor for the Avengers?", reinterprets Marvel's superheroes with a "Sentinel-ized" refined Japanese style, creating powerful armor designs that perfectly suit each character's image! The series is designed by mechanical designer Mitsunari Oten, with Hiroki Komatsubara (studioRECKLESS) handling prototype production and supervision, resulting in exquisite and sophisticated battle armor designs.
The largest figure in the series, the "Fighting Armor Hulkbuster," makes its debut! Standing approximately 26 cm tall, it is roughly 10 cm taller than other character products in the same series, showcasing an overwhelming sense of scale and presence! It features vibrant metallic red and gold, perfectly recreating the Hulkbuster armor's striking color scheme, while incorporating original designs to give the overall lines a sharper edge. The extensive use of die-cast parts in the internal frame, joints, and other areas achieves a substantial weight that can be felt both visually and by touch. This abundant use of die-cast parts also provides robustness and stability for articulation, allowing for natural and realistic posing.
The arc reactors on the chest and joints utilize clear parts, making the internal details clearly visible. Furthermore, the cockpit hatch can be opened (non-detachable), revealing the head of Iron Man seated inside, controlling the suit! Its massive fists feature articulated joints on all fingers, allowing for a variety of hand gestures and actions. The armed missiles attached to the body connect via a common 3mm peg, allowing them to be equipped elsewhere on the figure and shared with other characters in the series.
