TAKARA TOMY, the Japanese toy company, is collaborating with Dragon Ball for a highly anticipated third wave of TOMICA die-cast mini cars: "Frieza's Small Pod" and "Ox-King's Car". Each will have a suggested retail price of 1,320 JPY and are scheduled for release in November 2025!
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Akira Toriyama-sensei's classic masterpiece, Dragon Ball, following the first wave's "Goku's Flying Nimbus & Bulma's Capsule No. 9 Motorcycle" and the second wave's "Master Roshi's Van & Red Ribbon Army Small Fighter Jet", the third wave introduces "Frieza's Small Pod" and "Ox-King's Car"! These exciting vehicles from the Dragon Ball series are now joining the TOMICA mini car collection.
●Frieza's Small Pod
This faithfully recreates the small pod ridden by the formidable foe, Frieza. Just like Kid Goku, in addition to the vehicle, it also features the driver himself – Frieza in his first form! His eerie smile perfectly captures his appearance upon debut. It comes with a clear stand, allowing it to be accurately displayed in its iconic hovering pose~
●Ox-King's Car
The open-top hovercar that Ox-King gave to Goku is also faithfully reproduced! The front machine gun, headlights, half-visor windshield, and the distinctive three-person seating inside are all meticulously sculpted. The "壽" (longevity) character sticker on the car body adds a perfect touch, though it's a pity that a bunny girl Bulma figure isn't included!
