Bandai SPIRITS' immensely popular "Ichiban Kuji" (lottery prize) series, where every draw wins a prize, will release a new product themed after the classic popular anime "Neon Genesis Evangelion" – the "Neon Genesis Evangelion 30th Anniversary" Ichiban Kuji. The suggested retail price is 790 JPY per draw, and it is scheduled to launch in early February 2026!
This "Neon Genesis Evangelion 30th Anniversary" Ichiban Kuji is a special release commemorating 30 years since the TV anime's broadcast, offering prizes of different tiers, including A to G, the Last One Prize, and the Double Chance Prize. The official site has preemptively revealed the character figures for Prizes A to D. Prize A three-dimensionalizes the iconic Evangelion Unit-01 spreading its three pairs of golden wings from the classic TV opening animation as it transitions into the chorus. This impressive and powerful pose is recreated in a large size, with the main body measuring 26 cm and a total height of approximately 43 cm! Prizes B, C, and D feature the three pilots who appeared in the TV series: Shinji Ikari, Rei Ayanami, and Asuka Langley Soryu, respectively. They are crafted in dynamic standing poses wearing their plugsuits, making them very eye-catching when displayed together!
