Japanese model maker Megahouse, known for its "GGG (Gundam Girls Generation)" character figure series that brings female characters from the Mobile Suit Gundam series to life with exquisite sculpting, has announced the latest product from the theatrical anime film Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM: "Lunamaria Hawke," scheduled for release in March 2026.
Lunamaria Hawke is a "Red Coat" elite pilot of the Z.A.F.T. military, serving as an MS pilot on the state-of-the-art battleship Minerva alongside her peers, Shinn Asuka and Rey Za Burrel. Lunamaria initially piloted a ZAKU Warrior, and later, after Shinn transferred to the Destiny Gundam, she took over as the pilot of the Impulse Gundam. In many respects, she truly has the makings of a heroine. Furthermore, her adorable actions, such as privately modifying her military uniform into a miniskirt, also earned Lunamaria considerable popularity during the broadcast.
The "GGG Lunamaria Hawke 1/8 Scale Figure" is crafted at an approximate height of 17 cm, capturing her appearance from the theatrical film. Through meticulous sculpting and color application, it recreates her in the uniform of the World Peace Monitoring Organization COMPASS, showcasing the textural differences between fabric and leather, as well as rich wrinkle details. Her dynamic pose, as if floating in space, highlights her attractive figure, while also featuring a playful and cute winking expression, showcasing Lunamaria's personal charm.
